Boogie Runner - Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how data about you is collected, used and disclosed by Fawns Interactive when you use our mobile application titled “Boogie Runner.”
By accepting our privacy policy, you agree to allow Fawns Interactive to collect, use and disclose information about you in accordance with the purposes listed below.

Fawns Interactive collects information that you voluntarily provide to us such as communications from email, customer support and reviews. The type of information we may collect about you may include your name, screen name or screen ID, email address or any information you may voluntarily provide.
Information collected by the Boogie Runner application
When you use the Boogie Runner application, we automatically collect information about you. This may include:
Log Data: Whenever you use our service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies: Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. Analytics Data Collection: Boogie Runner uses analytics provides information to help Fawns Interactive improve player experience through gameplay. The types of information that analytics collects can be gameplay events such as when you open the app or when you visit a screen in the menu. If you do not want to be subject to data collection, cease use of the services.
Other services: The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Who We Share Information With
We may share information collected about you with the following:
- Level score and screen name information with other players displayed on leaderboards.
- Transactional information with partnered music artists who need to know sales of their music bought either with real currency or in-game currency so that they have proof of what cut of ad revenue they are entitled to earn.
- App performance and usage information with business advisors including but not limited to Business Gateway and the Prince’s Trust.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Boogie Runner is a game available to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

Requests About Your Information
Any personal information that we collect about you may be updated, corrected or deleted at request by emailing us at support@fawnsinteractive.com. In the case of any anonymised information we may collect from you, we will only retain the information for the intended purpose for as long as necessary.
